This year’s Citra Pariwara kicked off with a talk from Mark Chamberlain of Millward Brown about consumer insights and using the right tools to produce meaningful ads, followed by TBWA Malaysia’s VJ Anand and senior marketer Gina Wibowo. Ben Lightfoot of Publicis spoke about using data to create effective works, and the day ended with Carat’s Bala Pomaleh discussing about the integral use of media.
