Nissan Releases Tearjerker Video for Valentine’s Day

For its Valentine’s Day campaign Nissan released a video on YouTube which resembles more like those heart wrenching tearjerker ads that we see from Thailand. The video is part of Nissan’s Love Route program promoting a fun filled day trip with the family.

The video, titled Family Driver, tells a story about a family of four from the perspective of the driver who’s been with them for quite some time and feels that he’s more connected than just being an employee. As a driver, he’s privy to all sorts of conversations, questions, and concerns that the family has over each other which leaves himself feeling uneasy.

A minor issue but perhaps it might have been better had the Nissan logo not been present in the ad at all until the full branding at the close.
